Applications Mismatch between housing supply and housing need. Housing targets Havant Borough’s Local Plan New Planning Policies Planning and Infrastructure Act 2025. The National Planning Policy Framework is currently being revised. The draft revision of the NPPF is currently open for consultation with a deadline of 10th March. We will be responding.

Devolution Bill – Jan 2026 update We are working with climate and nature groups across England to press for Mayors to be made legally responsible for climate and nature.
