Report on our work on Planning 24-25

Applications Mismatch between housing supply and housing need. Housing targets Havant Borough’s Local Plan New Planning Policies Planning and Infrastructure Act 2025. The National Planning Policy Framework is currently being revised. The draft revision of the NPPF is currently open for consultation with a deadline of 10th March. We will be responding.

HFOE and HCA annual report 2024-5  The group has met regularly throughout the year with normally two meetings a month. We have worked on a wide range of issues and shared information about even more.
